The recent communication from Greg Glassman is unfortunate and OPEX RC does not condone it in any way. We’ve never been affiliated with them as a business, but we have a big place in our hearts for the people in that community. We coach many people who love competing in fitness and many of them are hurting right now.
As a coaching company, our mission is to support the wellbeing and progress of each of our clients around the world. Many of our clients expected to compete in CrossFit® competitions in the near future.
We will take the time to have individual conversations with each of them to best understand their needs and goals moving forward, and we expect there to be new and fulfilling ways for them to compete on the horizon.
We will maintain our unwavering support for each of our clients in their pursuit of their optimal fitness expression.
