June 2020 Monthly Workout Plan

Today’s the day! We’re excited to announce that we’re going to pump up the fun in your fitness training!

Our hope is that this will bring our community together and have more fun with your fitness  during a potentially confusing time.

Each MONTH OPEX RC Coaches will create a unique and fun workout. The workout will be open for everyone (OPEX RC client or not) to complete, submit a score, chat with the broader community and have a lot of fun!

How it works:

-Once a month, we will announce a workout on Thursday. You will have until Monday at 5pm PT to complete the workout and submit your score.

-You will submit your score via a Google Form.

-We will compile all the score submissions and share the final results with you Tuesday!
